Ausbildung is German for ” Apprenticeship” implying that during the 03 Year Training Period, candidate will have On The Job Training along with Theory Classes
When an applicant applies for VISA under Ausbildung program, then the German Embassy in India verifies the Contract Letter issued with its counterpart in German city which in turn checks everything with the Employment Exchange and also the Company issuing the Contract Letter.
The fooding is approx 300 Euros and Stay is again approx. 300-400 Euros per month. Thus the total expense in Germany for Food and Stay comes to 700-800 Euros per month
This is a On The Job Training Program on successful completion of which, candidate gets credits which are considered in higher programs. In Germany, All Residents are eligible for Free Medical, Education and other Government supports which are considered Best in the World.
Employment or Labour Market in Germany is highly regulated. Any requirement has to be reported in the Employment Exchange against which the contract letter is issued to the applicant. If an applicant receives a Contract Letter from an Employer in Germany it means the Employer has reported their requirement to the authorities for the said profile and thereafter they can issue the said Contract Letter, thus Guaranteeing the Ausbildung opportunity.
It depends on the Trade you are going on. For instance, in the Program for Chef , one gets approx 800 Euros whereas in Nursing Program the initial stipend is approx. 1100 Euros. There is an increase in stipend in subsequent years.
The program is 5 day a week with 8 hours per day. The total duration of the program is 03 years.
Min. 12th Pass with B1 Level German Language Proficiency certificate from Goethe or Telc is must for Visa processing. To get the Full Contract Letter, candidate should clear B2 Level German Certificate for which exam can either be cleared in India or Germany.
Admission Process
- Candidate having minimum eligibility with atleast B1 German Language proficiency interested in the program need to fill enquiry form submitting basic information.
- One to One interaction with our Counselors in India explaining the program, documentation and charges schedule.
- Selected Candidates will have a One on One session with Indian and German parties for starting the Onboarding Process
- We will assist the Candidate in the preparation for the dossier to apply for VISA.
- After obtaining VISA, candidates will fly to Germany.
- Before joining the Ausbildung program, it is mandatory to get B2 Level Certificate from Goethe or Telc which the candidate has the option to clear in Germany itself.
- Upon B2 Certification, candidate will begin their Vocational Training (Ausbildung).
- During the course of their vocational training, the candidates will be paid a stipend according to their profession.
